Therapeutic Indication:

Zidovudine / Lamivudine: This Combination is indicated in the treatment of HIV infection.

Dosage and Administration:

The recommended oral dose of Lamivudine/Zidovudine for adults and adolescents (at least 12 years of age) is 1 tablet (containing 150mg of Lamivudine and 300 mg of Zidovudine) twice daily.

• Dermatologic: Rash
• Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Loss of appetite, Nausea, Nausea and vomiting
• Musculoskeletal: Musculoskeletal pain, Myalgia
• Neurologic: Dizziness, Headache, Insomnia, Neuropathy, Sleep disorder
• Psychiatric: Fatigue
• Respiratory: Cough, Nasal symptoms

• Dermatologic: Erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome
• Endocrine metabolic: Lactic acidosis
• Gastrointestinal: Pancreatitis
