CNS Depressants:May cause additive CNS depressant effects. Antihypertensives:Risperidone may enhance hypotensive effects. Carbamazepine: May increase clearance of Risperidone. Clozapine:May decrease clearance of Risperidone. Levodpa:The effects of levodopa may be antagonized. Somnolence, headache, agitation, dizziness, extrapyramidal symptoms

Common adverse effects with Aripiprazole include headache, gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, nausea, and vomiting, anxiety, insomnia, lightheadedness, and drowsiness.Other frequent adverse reactions are extrapyramidal syndrome, hypertension, tardive dyskinesia,  neuroleptic malignant syndrome, anaphylactic reaction.

Cardiovascular: Systolic/diastolic blood pressure increases (5-10 mm Hg), chest pain (5%), palpitation Central nervous system: Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue (13% to 30%, dose related) Dermatologic: Skin flushing Endocrine & metabolic: Mild increase in growth hormone, hot flashes Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain, dry mouth (<5%), nausea Respiratory: Dyspnea

The most commonly reported adverse effects associated with levetiracetam are somnolence, weakness, and dizziness. Anorexia, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, nausea, weight gain or loss, myalgia, ataxia, headache, amnesia, depression, emotional lability, insomnia, nervousness, tremor, vertigo, diplopia, and rash may occur less frequently. Alopecia may also develop; in some cases, stopping levetiracetam has resulted in regrowth of hair.

Increase BP and HR , orthostatic hypotension, syncope, aggressive behavior, exacerbation or precipitation of Raynaud’s phenomenon,somnolence, fatigue, irritability, dizziness, insomnia, decreased appetite, Hot flashes , dysmenorrhea, urinary retention and urinary hesitation, priapism, angioedema, urticaria, and rash, abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea, constipation and dry mouth.
