Therapeutic Indication:

• Aripiprazole: Bipolar mania: Biopiprazole is indicated for the treatment of acute manic and mixed episodes associated with Bipolar Disorder.

• Schizophrenia: Biopiprazole is indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia.

Dosage and Administration:

Biopiprazole is given by mouth in an initial dose of 10 or 15 mg once daily..

Side Effects:

Common adverse effects with Aripiprazole include headache, gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, nausea, and vomiting, anxiety, insomnia, lightheadedness, and drowsiness.Other frequent adverse reactions are extrapyramidal syndrome, hypertension, tardive dyskinesia,  neuroleptic malignant syndrome, anaphylactic reaction.
